How soon will I hear back?

A founder replies within one business day, usually sooner. If your message arrives on a weekend or an Indian public holiday, expect a reply on the next working day.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first 30 minute call costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand the problem and tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.

What should I put in my message?

A few sentences is enough: what you want to build or fix, who will use it, and any deadline you are working to. If you already have designs, documents or an existing codebase, mention it and we will ask for access later.

How do quotes work?

After the scoping call we send a written proposal covering scope, milestones, timeline and cost. If the scope changes later, we agree the extra time and cost with you before starting on it.

Can I book a call instead of writing?

Yes. Use the booking page to pick a 30 minute slot that suits you. Adding a line about your project in the booking form helps us prepare.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Our team is in Ahmedabad and we work with clients in other countries over email, video calls and shared project boards. We arrange call times that overlap with your working hours.
