The problem
Online stores were running three separate tools: one for sales chat, one for support tickets and one for voice. Each had its own dashboard, its own bill and its own copy of the product data, which drifted out of date. Shoppers got generic answers, staff handled the same questions over and over, and nobody could tell which conversations led to a sale.
How we approached it
We built Aisle as a single app inside the storefront that reads the live catalog and policies directly, so answers come from current data rather than an old export. Sales, support and voice share one model and one set of guardrails. Merchants set tone and escalation rules without code, and product suggestions can update the cart during the conversation.
What we built
Sales agent
Recommends products from the live catalog and adds the right one to the cart without the shopper leaving the chat.
Support agent
Answers order status, shipping, returns and policy questions at any hour, and hands off to a person when needed.
Voice mode
Shoppers tap the mic and speak. Flat pricing means there is no per-minute charge running in the background.
Catalog and policy sync
Imports products, collections and shipping and return policies on install, and keeps them current as the store changes.
Handoff inbox
An inbox in the store admin where staff join a live conversation and pass it back to the assistant when done.
Revenue attribution
Links completed orders to the conversations that influenced them, so the assistant's impact can be checked.

Results
Merchants replaced several tools with one assistant that installs in minutes and starts helping shoppers straight away, in their own language, by text or voice. Routine questions are handled automatically, staff step in only when needed, and revenue can be traced back to the conversations that produced it.
What is Aisle?
Aisle is an AI shopping assistant for online stores that combines sales chat, customer support, and a talk-to-shop voice mode in a single storefront app. It answers from the store's live product catalog and policies, so it recommends real products, answers support questions accurately, and can add items to the cart inside the conversation.
Does Aisle support voice as well as chat?
Yes. Shoppers can type or tap a microphone and speak naturally. Both the chat agent and the voice mode share the same knowledge of the catalog and policies, and voice runs on flat pricing rather than a per-minute meter.
How quickly can Aisle go live on a store?
Aisle needs almost no setup. It pulls the full product range, collections, and shipping and return policies on install and keeps them current automatically, so the assistant starts helping shoppers within minutes of being added.
